PROCESS TIME & SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders are processed between 15 business days*. (Monday-Friday ONLY) If you need a order any sooner contact me before placing your order. info@ellyrosejewelry.com

*Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm PST and/or over the weekend are not processed until the following Monday. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show correct status of shipment. Shipment time depends on your location and which shipment method you choose.

Elly Rose is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are provided with a tracking number. The costumer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items & will not be refunded.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Starting at 6.50 +.50 per additional item (due to weight pricing) - USPS First Class Shipping w/tracking 3-5 days.

• $15 Flat Rate - USPS Priority Mail Shipping w/tracking 1-3 days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• $15 Flat Rate - USPS Priority Mail Shipping w/tracking 7-10 days

*Note: If any higher international cost is found to be required at the time of mailing, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost. 

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. Elly Rose is not responsible for ANY additional costs.
