-Please be sure to review our policies thoroughly. When visiting &/or purchasing from Elly Rose you agree to our policy. You will be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of our policies please do not use or purchase from Elly Rose. 

-Please review our Process & Shipping Policy before purchasing from ellyrosejewelry.com. Elly Rose reserves the right to make changes to our site, products, prices, policies, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is recommended that you review the Terms and Conditions each time you visit the Elly Rose website to stay updated and in agreement with our policy. 

Elly Rose does not allow refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

-Unsatisfactory with order- If you receive your order and is not satisfied by any reason contact info@ellyrosejewelry.com within 3 days of receiving to work out an exchange or possible store credit. Any exchange for higher product value will result in you paying for the remaining balance. If chosen Store Credit , you will receive value of product only. Tax & Shipping will not be included in store credit refunded. 

-YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES regarding product being shipped to you or returned to Elly Rose. 

-Received a item that is damaged ? contact info@ellyrosejewelry.com to further discuss solution, Subject to fee may apply.

-Received a item with incorrect customizations ? (ex: incorrect spelling , wrong shell , pearl etc, metal mix up) contact info@ellyrosejewelry.com to further discuss solution, Subject to fee may apply if fault is not done by Elly Rose.

-Need to Re-Size an item? Note** All material cost for items being made bigger are covered entirely by you , including tax & shipping. 

  • Choker & Necklaces - Smaller $5 , Bigger $10 (add chain extender up to 3inches) , Re-do Chain You will be subject to pay for material cost + tax&ship (length will determine price)

  • Bangles - Smaller $10 , Bigger Bangles can't be made bigger. If you need a bigger size a entire new bangle will be made , You will be subject to pay for material cost + tax&ship (size will determine price)

  • Rings (Stamped & Wave) - Smaller $5 , Bigger Rings can't be made bigger. You will be subject to pay for material cost + tax&ship (size will determine price) **All other rings can not be re-sized at all , if you need a bigger or smaller ring you will be charged 50% of original price + the return of the original ring for a new ring to be made.

ALL EARRINGS, BELLY RINGS, CUSTOM ORDERS, SALE PURCHASE, & ITEMS WITH CUSTOM STAMPING ARE NOT RETURNABLE , EXCHANGEABLE , OR REFUNDABLE 

Elly Rose has the right to refuse service to anyone without reason.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Once an order is submitted, it can not be modified or cancelled.

  • Multiple orders can not be combined, but can be shipped together if requested by email before ordering.

  • Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient upon delivery.
